You bear ultimate responsibility for managing the quality systems of the Joris Ide Group.

You keep a good overview of any customers' complaints and guarantee processes. You ensure that these are correctly managed by your team.

What you do
Setting up and maintaining the company's quality system at all Joris Ide plants (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 18001 / 50001 / 37301 / etc.).
Developing our Statistical Process Control programme within the entire organisation.
Handling all customer's complaints in timely fashion to both the customer's and the company's satisfaction.

Weekly and monthly reporting of complaints and guarantees.

Chairing the weekly meeting for complaints root cause analysis and corrective measures.
Training personnel in problemsolving techniques.
Developing a Goods Inwards QC and Vendor Rating System jointly with the Purchasing/Logistics Departments.
Developing Standard Operating Procedures jointly with Production to keep a tight grip on all the processes.
You are prepared to travel for work (max. 20 days/quarter).
Who you are
You hold a master's degree.
You already have plenty of experience in implementing ISO systems.
You know how to perform product and system audits.
You have a good sense of initiative and are a real team player.
