About our role:

Our client, a dynamic player in the retail industry, is on the lookout for a skilled Martech Project Manager to join their Marketing & Digital team.

As a key figure in their digital acceleration journey, you will set the vision and strategy for marketing technology, playing a crucial role in the selection, implementation, and optimization of tools to support the overall digital transformation.

This role demands strong leadership, an innovative mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including local and European teams.

What you will be doing:

Initiate, develop, and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy in collaboration with the marketing team and other stakeholders.

Develop a local vision and strategy for the Marketing Technology roadmap, aligning it with global priorities and business goals.

Build a vision around the Marketing Technology ecosystem.

Identify opportunities for efficiency gains in current processes/tools, including automation of manual processes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and innovations.

What you bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or customer experience management.

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and customer experience management tools.

Experience in building a technological ecosystem and shaping a future vision.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in digital customer interaction, such as AI and machine learning.

Strong understanding of customer behavior and digital marketing analytics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
