About the role:


At Viva Wallet we are here for the long-term developing lasting customer relationships built on trust and transparency rather than traditional banking practices of lengthy customer contracts and the ubiquitous hidden fee.


First and foremost, as a Telesales / Telemarketer / Internal Sales Person you will be a new business generator, a relationship builder and we will help you to become the go-to person for all thing's payment.

You will be given the autonomy to generate your own business pipeline working across several verticals or specialise on just a couple.


The role will specifically enable you to:

  • The complete sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Identifying and creating opportunities.
  • Organising own appointments.
  • Signing up customers on 1st or 2nd. appointment.
  • Manage accounts to develop solution usage and revenue growth.

What you will need to be successful:
We will arm you with the technology, know-how and tools to do the job.

Through experience, we also know that a dream does not become a reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.


So, you will need to be:

  • A strong networker able to use a range of tools social media, LinkedIn, telephone who enjoys speaking with customers and creating opportunities.
  • To be focused and proactive in achieving sales targets.
  • Accomplished with cold calling customers to create opportunities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to get stuff done.
  • Flexible to embrace the dynamics of an evolving, technology led organisation.


It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets and worked with the following products and/or services: Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, Telesales Advisor, Internal Sales, Internal Sales Executive, Internal Sales Advisor, new business sales, business development, b2b, business to business, retail, hospitality, FMCG, transport, fuel, pharmacy, travel, leisure, convenience, corporate, business expense management, epos, ticketing, entertainment.
