CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

As Customer Care Specialist, you will:

  • Guide customers through the desktop and/or mobile devices to assist them in using our services and products;
  • Help to resolve customers' queries;
  • Escalate and follow up internally and externally customers' queries;
  • Share knowledge, contribute to team projects and identify innovative practices that improve customer support activities;
  • Work closely with other departments like Controlling, Product, Legal and CRM to ensure a positive and safe gambling experience;
  • Speak on behalf of customers by providing useful feedback on their experiences;
  • Support your colleagues and contribute to a great team atmosphere.

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in a customer support environment is a plus;
  • Some knowledge of tools such as Atlassian or Freshdesk;
  • Understanding of Belgian regulation related to online gaming is an asset;
  • Good writing skills in French, Dutch and English;
  • Excellent team spirit;
  • Experience of complex problem solving and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment;
  • Flexible in your organization, your availabilities (day shift system including weekend and bank holiday);
  • At ease interacting with all types of clients.
