TO DO:

As the Total Quality Manager at Neuhaus, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Total Quality Management "from Bean to Boutique." You will lead a team of 5 direct reports, which includes Quality Assurance Specialists, a Quality Assurance Engineer, a Regulatory & Customer Compliance Expert and a Raw Material & Sensory Specialist. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be an integral part of the Operations ManCom Team and work closely with various teams, including Production, Sales, and Marketing._

Total Quality Management:

Coordinate and execute day-to-day quality operations, covering the entire supply chain from supplier and raw material approval to production, co-packing, warehousing, transport, and distribution until the final point of sales (both national and international).

Manage and improve the food safety management system, including HACCP & PRPs, Supplier Management, audits, etc.

, to maintain GFSI certification.

Collaborate closely with Product Development to safeguard and enhance overall product quality.
Ensure customer and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.

Standards and Compliance:
Set standards for quality and operations processes, ensuring adherence to legal and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety standards at national and international levels, including specific Customer Compliancy Programs.
Foster internal buy in to establish and improve procedures, standards, and systems.
Monitor performance and report on progression and KPIs.
Implement a Quality Culture and Continuous Improvement mindset within the organization.

Operations Expertise Management and Training:

Co-lead (with the production manager) the program to enhance quality awareness at operator level and implement training programs to support this initiative.

Support the implementation of a new MES system.

TO BE:

A Master's degree or equivalent experience of at least 8 years in a managerial role within a production environment, preferably in the food industry.
Experience with automation projects and change management is desirable.
Motivational leader with the ability to work strategically and detail oriented.
Entrepreneurial, flexible, proactive, and result oriented.
Broad technical knowledge and proficiency in Ms-Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Preferably bilingual (NL-FR) with excellent English language skills.
