Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Procurement System Manager to join our Purchasing team in Trane Technologies.

Reporting to the Coupa Leader, you will work with a team of 6 professionals located across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, all of whom are passionate about advancing adoption of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform.

You will work to optimize the system with the end customer in mind to ensure Coupa is user friendly and seamlessly guides the user to the optimal buying channel.

You
will drive and deliver insights that will educate and influence business decisions by our Indirect Procurement teams and internal customers procuring indirect goods and services.

This location of this role is flexible, and it could be situated in any of our 30 European or Middle East sites.

Responsibilities:

Test and implement new system enhancements with the end customer in mind to ensure Coupa has a robust user experience
Provide technical direction to colleagues. You will be responsible for solving highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult on Coupa projects.
Identify areas for process improvement and utilize Lean tools to optimize current configuration.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
Dare to do things differently through identifying areas of opportunity as it relates to the scope of the current strategy
Actively engage with the Coupa Community to stay up to date with existing Coupa features, capabilities, and system limitations
Research additional modules or tools that are available to aid in guided buying to guide users to the correct channel and/or buying channel
Participate in the identification, implementation and adoption of emerging technologies in the field of Advanced Analytics
Develop Key Performance Predictors (KPP's) within Coupa that tell a datadriven story through prescriptive insights
Identify and support opportunities to reduce complexity, compress cycle time and automate day to day business processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree specializing in business, supply chain, engineering, finance or similar.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain, business or similar field preferred
Advanced Coupa knowledge with a desire to continuously learn about system features and functionality
Strong project management experience: ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities.
Lean experience with emphasis on standard work, managing for daily improvement problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent collaboration skills
Intermediate Finance, Economics and/or Supply Chain Knowledge
Experience discovering, developing, and maintaining advanced analytics opportunities

Key Competencies:

Written and verbal communication skills in an additional language (French, Spanish or Czech)
