Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Communicate and Report: Keep all stakeholders informed about the status of changes and releases, and be the liaison between the business, ICT, and thirdparty support teams (local and overseas).
Support Current IT Application: Own the change and release management process, and coordinate release and maintenance windows planning with the SAP CMS Team.

Profile Description:

University degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
Proven experience in Change & Release Management
Experience with an Agile Delivery methodology
Knowledge of industry best practices (e.g. GAMP 5, ITIL)
IT Service Management Process knowledge
Experience with Test Management and Change Management tools (e.g. HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira)
Resultsoriented with strong teamwork skills
Excellent English skills (written and spoken), additional languages an advantage
Willingness to be onsite at least 50% of the time
