In order to ensure further growth of the Water business department, we are currently looking for a Technical Manager for the EMEA region.

Key job responsibilities:

Provide expertise and knowledge to NSF about European certification schemes and Water Safety/Legionella Risk Assessment topics to facilitate rapid growth.
Lead and manage water safety plan work with clients and execute business consulting projects per the business unit strategic plans.
Provide technical support to NSF account management and sales teams to win new business and to facilitate existing projects.
Train and mentor employees in lower levels on technical job aspects.
Work closely with the account managers, technical reviewers and the labs.
Represent NSF in technical discussions at associations and industry meeting.
Provide input to growth strategy for NSF in EMEA.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in natural or physical sciences, or engineering.
High level of mechanical and technical aptitude.
Experience in the plumbing and/or water treatment industry.
Substantial knowledge of the various EU approvals for water products.
Broad network of water industry contacts in Europe preferred
Demonstrated experience in problem solving and analytical thinking.
Experience advising clients in the areas of Water Safety Plans and Legionella Risk Assessments.
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.
