Reporting to the Director Quality & EHSS, the Quality Coordinator is mainly responsible for the investigation, resolution and administrative settlement of all non-conformance (NC) dossiers related to logistics services to Odyssey clients (transportation, transport documents, storage and handling, product damages, etc.) He/she works closely with the Odyssey Operations and Procurement Department, Odyssey Clients and LSPs.

Principal Duties

Administrative settlement of all nonconformance (NC) dossiers related to logistics services to Odyssey Clients (transportation, transport document, storage and handling, product damages, etc.).
Investigation and resolution of all nonconformance tickets related to logistics services in cooperation with Logistics Service Providers and Odyssey Logistics Planners.
Submission and follow up of claim dossier with Logistics Services Providers and Odyssey Clients.
Support in data review and data collection for NC reporting out to Odyssey clients and Logistics Service Providers.
Quality key coordinator with Odyssey Clients.
Think with Odyssey Clients and Logistics Service Providers to optimize processes and procedures.

Profiel

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in logistics management or several years of experience in logistics nonconformance handling.
Languages: fluent in Dutch and English. German and/or any other European language are an asset.
Analytical logistics process skills.
Strong communication skills in both writing and verbal.
Excellent/efficient reporting skills.
