Education required:
You are regularly
enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in Engineering, Supply Chain or similar field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement:
English is mandatory, a good level in French is also required

Requisite:
The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration:
according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.
What will you do?:
On our internship programme you'll receive tailored on-the-job training from industry experts combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.
Your duties might include:
- Support complex Cold Chain & Distribution projects
- Coordinate the implementation of innovative cold chain solutions with the Vaccines distribution sites located in Belgium, Canada, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Latam and the US.
- Prepare the global validation plan to support the implementation of the new technologies in the GSK Vaccines global sites
- Support establishment and running of Cold Chain validation protocols and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Coordinate the implementation via the GSK Vaccines change control process and Microsoft project management tools
- Coordinate the change with GSK stakeholders such as procurement, warehouse operations, logistic operations, quality, regulatory, finance and receiving sites across the world.
- Coordinate the change between the GSK stakeholders and the different suppliers of the cold chain technologies
- Support communication strategy deployment of Cold Chain & Distribution project
- Change control & global project management

Cold Chain and Logistics Solutions team within the GSK Vaccines Global Supply Chain Division is responsible to define the cold chain distribution strategy and define the most optimal way to keep our vaccines within defined temperature limits during a shipment by air, road, rail or sea.
It prepares and drive the company for the future with solutions that are more robust in terms of cold chain performance while reducing the total cost for distribution and bring added value to our customers.
This team also leads the processes to make the cold chain solution available for operations through internal and external change controls.
