In this role as Sales Manager in the regio of Sterrebeek you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Sales Consultants
  • Monitoring targets and conversion rate and adjusting as necessary
  • Organizing and facilitating sales training and coaching sessions for the team, with support from the UK headquarters
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads
  • Responsibility for developing the sales strategy for the untapped areas
  • Coordinating retention efforts in collaboration with other teams
  • Managing individual and group bonuses, with a transparent and fair reward system
  • Actively selling corporate packages and engaging in B2B partnership opportunities
  • Managing two types of subscriptions and driving sales without focusing on price
  • Contributing to individual and group bonuses by meeting set goals
  • Actively participating in sales activities with a focus on closing deals and maintaining healthy competition within the team

Job Requirements

  • Previous sales experience

Salary and Benefits
For your commitment as a Sales Manager, our client offers you the following package:

  • A fixed contract of 38 hours
  • A monthly salary between € € 4000, depending on your previous experience
