As part of the development of our activities,
we are looking for several motivated and experienced Functional Analysts to reinforce our teams in Brussels, Belgium.

As a _Functional Analys_t, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and managing functional requirements of software, in collaboration with business analysts, product owners, architects, developers and stakeholders to build out appropriate solutions and ensuring the software meets all specified requirements.

You will show deep analytical skills to evaluate the high-level information gathered from different sources and decompose it into detailed and structured artifacts understandable by the development team.

You will provide guidance on the systems usage and counsels on whether enhancements are needed to fulfill new requirements.

This key function in the management of information systems requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of IT systems, an interest in the business - financial or energy sector, a spirit of analysis and synthesis, and a good coordination of the actors in a project.

A strong sense of customer service is also imperative in this role.

Analyse of user needs and business analysts' specifications, extract stakeholders' requirements in adequation with enterprise architecture and strategy, and translate them into sets of functional requirements.
Design the IT solution in functional & technical terms respecting internal standards, and assess its feasibility with user stories, flow diagrams and process maps.
Provide technical definitions of components that are supported by different teams.
Carry out test plans for the development or followup phase to ensure coherence between the functional specifications and the developed solution.
Evaluates dependences, interfaces and specifies inputs and formatting outputs to meet the business' responsible for defining nonfunctional requirements.
Document the solution and keep it up to date.
Presenting the solution to stakeholders and assisting users to help them making the most of the system.

You have some experience in the financial or energy sector, and wish to pursue your career and capitalise on three pillars: business, project methodology and information technology.
