We are VS, a boutique company specialized in financial consulting with a focus on start-ups and scale-ups that do not have the capacity to hire a CFO full time but still need high level expertise to face problematics such as cash management, financial reporting, ERP integration, fund raising or debt restructuring.

In order to reinforce our consulting team in Brussels, we are looking for Junior Finance
Consultants with a focus on Accounting/Business Administration.

You will be part of VS Consulting finance team that is working closely with CEO's of start-ups and scale-ups to address critical challenges and transform finance process.

Typical projects that you will be working on include:

Support customers in their recurrent finance tasks
Design new finance processes and operating models
Collaborate on digitalization projects and automation processes
Design & improve information workflows between stakeholders

Who we look for:

Bachelor in Accounting or Master's degree in Economics/Management Sciences
Good communicator, you express yourself fluently in English and French
IT literate, you have an excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Outlook and Teams)
Solid analytical and quantitative skills
Accurate, organized and flexible, you are selfsufficient
Team player, able to work effectively with all stakeholders (internal and external)
First experience as junior consultant in a consulting firm or "fiduciary" is appreciated
The role is based in Brussels
