Clinical Trial Assistant
Job Description:
Your main responsibility is to provide administrative support for clinical studies, executed by the Clinical Pharmacology Unit Antwerp.
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will administer, maintain and coordinate the logístical aspects of clinical trials according to Good Clinical Practice and relevant SOPs.
Your tasks:

Administrative tasks within the framework of a project
- Support the clinical trial project team with tasks such as
- General logistics support
- Ordering of study related meals
- Source documents filing and archiving
- Preparation of study specific binders
- Support during monitoring visits
- Ensures completion of study specific Case Report Forms (CRF) by
- Completing and correcting source data, where applicable
- Manual source data entry in paper CRF where applicable
- Electronic source dataentry in SGS or sponsor Electronic Data Capture systems
- Resolving queries
- **General operational tasks*
- Attends and contributes to team and staff meetings
Qualifications:
What do you need to be successful?
- Diploma secretary or medical secretary, or equal experience in medical and/or administrative sector
- Customer minded
- Strong communication skills, flexible, quality minded and stress resistant
- Team player, problem solver, able to guide team within tight deadlines
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral)
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)
