We are looking for an energetic coach who helps teams grow with data, trust and positivity. For our Customer Care Center in Belgium and the Netherlands we are looking for a Team Supervisor/Coach who inspires people, strengthens customer interactions and makes continuous improvements visible.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Analyseren:
Klantgesprekken analyseren met AI en andere tooling.
Verbeteren:
Verbeterkansen identificeren om klantgerichtheid en positiviteit te verhogen.
Coachen & trainen:
Praaktijkgerichte trainingen geven an coaching-on-the-job bieden
Motiveren:
Energieke motivatie voor een teamcultuur actief ondersteunen.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a team manager or coach from sales- or customer care teams
- You speak fluently Dutch and French
- You have hands-on mentality with positive solution-oriented attitude
- You have experience in training and coaching sales- or customer care teams
- A plus point is the experience with AI-supported speech analysis.
