As a Sales Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role connecting the field sales, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and valued customers.

Your contribution will be instrumental in upholding customer satisfaction and bolstering sales efforts:

Customer Support: Provide proactive and timely assistance to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.

Collaboration with Sales Teams: Manage pricing and service proposals, aligning with customer expectations.

Administrative Support: Craft impactful presentations and standard operating procedures to empower sales teams.

Business Review Meetings: Prepare and present performance and financial reports for decision-making.

Sales Qualification: Actively engage in qualifying sales leads and inquiries to enhance market share.

Platform Assistance: Aid customers in navigating the company platform, providing necessary training.

Collaboration in Data Management: Assist in creating new debtors and Master Data Management activities.

Wo are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Freight Forwarder or Customer Service Agent.
  • Strong operational knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
