Are you looking for a permanent job in human resources management? Are you a graduate in HRM and/or already have experience as an HR Officer (or similar)? Are you fluent in English as well as French, and are you available at short notice (end of August)?

We are looking for an HR Officer for a company in Mont-Saint-Guibert.


Your mission:

  • Assist the HR team in the execution of the payroll and related general personnel administration activities, to ensure timely and qualitative payroll closures.
  • Organise and deliver induction session for all newcomers.
  • Generate, analyse, and report core HR KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Participate in the implementation of HR projects and policies.

Main activities and responsibilities:
Payroll & Personnel Administration

  • Assist the Payroll Manager in the handling of Personnel Administration activities to ensure timely and qualitative payroll closures:
oTimely and accurate data input in the payroll system.

oData updates to remain compliant with social law.

oCollection and filing of payroll related documents (holiday certificates, medical certificates ).

oFollow-up of service delivered and documentation for temporary workforce.

  • Maintain uptodate personnel records and guarantee that management and employees are provided with correct, uptodate and accessible information.
  • Ensure the effective completion of administrative processes and controls.
  • Look for continuous improvements in the Payroll & Personnel administration cycle.
  • Handling of the central HR mailbow to respond to employee questions about personnel administration.
Legal and extra-legal benefits

  • Operate as main point of contact for the administrative followup of the different benefits: registration, coordination of the delivery, documentation followup, daily contacts with external providers, incl:
oInsurance coverage (Work accident, travel insurance, group insurance, Loss of license insurance ).

oCompany cars/fuel cards.

oMeal vouchers /eco-vouchers.

oFollow-up of specific requests (mutuelle, etc.)

  • Ensure that information in all HR systems are continuously uptodate.
Induction

  • Coordinate the logistics for the onboarding of newcomers.
  • Ensure HR induction for each entry into service, includin

g:

tour of the building and safety instructions, general presentation of the company and explanation of the different benefits, explanation of the different HR systems and gathering of required signed HR related documents.

KPIs & Reporting

HR Projects

  • Assist the HR team on specific projects within the scope of own competences.
Any other duties contributing to the achievement of the department objectives within individual competences.


Profil:


  • Bachelor level in HR / Administration or equivalent experience.
  • First experience in an administrative and /or HR environment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in French or Dutch + English.
  • General knowledge of social and labour legislation is a strong asset.
  • Computer literate.
  • Structured, organized, and able to work according to priorities with an eye for details.
  • Display enthusiastic, open and cooperative behaviour in order to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
  • Comply with Company policies, values and ethics, and department's confidentiality rules.
  • Comply with local, national legislation and health & safety standards.
