Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.

Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify adherence to quality standards.
Manage and maintain all quality-related documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and work instructions.
Ensure document control procedures are followed for document creation, review, approval, and distribution.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their products and services meet quality standards.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments as part of the ongoing supplier quality management program.
Develop and deliver training programs on quality procedures, GMP, and other relevant topics for employees.
Monitor and track employee training records to ensure compliance.
Investigate and manage non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address identified issues.
Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that the organization remains in compliance.
Support regulatory inspections and audits.

The Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
Thorough understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and other relevant quality regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
