Job Description

Customer Success Managers connect our most strategic clients to Refinitiv's portfolio of software & desktop solutions.

This specialist plays a key role in ensuring our customers discover the full power of LSEG/Refinitiv by implementing workflow solutions while continuously providing guidance thought the customer journey.

Role Summary


As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for fostering close relationships with and being a trusted advisor to our customers who utilize our Desktop and Digital Wealth Solutions through the customer experience journey.

This role focuses primarily on driving adoption, integration and expansion of our solutions into the daily workflow of end-users.

As a trusted advisor and roadmap architect, the CSM designs and implements activities with key decision makers, assists in reducing risk of competition and finds opportunities in his/her accounts.

By redesigning our clients' business through user adoption of our suite of solutions, the CSM crafts the conditions for optimal renewal and upsell growth.


You will partner with the Account Managers and Sales Specialists to provide insights on customer health to drive retention and growth.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders by providing the voice of the customer to align customer needs with our product roadmap.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the customer success strategy for the Wealth divisions within Key and Strategic accounts to drive revenue retention.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, renewals and execution of customer success plans, to build actionable insights and strategically pivot when necessary.
  • Educate customers on how to use Desktop and Digital platforms, content and technology in a manner that is tailored to their specific usecase.
  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment, utilising the full extent of their licenses/contracts and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure retention and growth.
  • Participate in industry events alongside the team to foster networking, brand presence, and keep up with industry trends.
  • Develop innovative ways of engaging and adding value to customers' businesses through LSEG/Refinitiv products and services.

Your Success:

A CSMs success will be measured by:

  • Breadth & depth of customer relationships
  • Customer product adoption and retention
  • Customer feedback
  • Growth in revenue and footprint
  • Cancellation mitigation and positive renewal outcomes

What You Bring:

  • 35 years' experience working in the Wealth industry and/or clientfacing/relationship management roles servicing Capital Market participants.
  • Ability to map a customer's business needs to LSEG/Refinitiv solutions and possess a solutionoriented mindset to help customers deliver on their business objectives.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal operational and account management teams.
  • Executive engagement skills with an ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with business decision makers.
  • Experience facilitating customer meetings and addressing an audience in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner.
  • Strong project management, technical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites within the Benelux region.

Language skills:
Flemish/French preferred
