Position Summary
At Nespresso Belux, we are passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Demand & Supply Planner to join our team on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our business and make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and historical data to develop accurate demand forecasts for our products.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align demand forecasts with supply plans and ensure optimal inventory level.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of demand and supply plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to anticipate changes in demand and adjust supply plans accordingly.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to optimize demand and supply planning processes and drive operational efficiency.
Prepare and present reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a mentor and guide junior team members.
Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is a plus.
