As a Product Owner you are part of our Product team, and play a crucial role in guiding the development, enhancement, and successful delivery of our cutting-edge AdTech platform.

You collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across our organisation, to prioritize the development of features, ensuring that the continuous improvement of our platform meets the product strategy and the unique requirements of our customers in various industries.

Responsibilities and deliverables

Product Roadmap: collaborate with Product Managers to understand the overall product vision and strategy. Document detailed user requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders. Translate requirements into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
Backlog Management: refine and prioritize user stories, features, and themes in the product backlog, based on business value, dependencies and other essential factors. Ensure that Technology teams always have an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
Cross-

Functional Collaboration:
collaborate closely with Technology, Support, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure cross-organisational alignment with product strategy. Act as a bridge between various teams, facilitating effective understanding and delivery.

Release Planning and Execution: participate in release planning sessions, ensuring that features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Collaborate with development teams to provide clarity on requirements and priorities during the development cycle.
Continuous Improvement: actively seek feedback from stakeholders and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement. Iterate and optimize product development processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication: effectively communicate product goals, priorities, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Managers to craft compelling product narratives for marketing and sales teams.
Experience as a Product Owner in the software industry.
Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and solutions is a plus.
Familiar working according to Agile (SAFe) principles, and with product road mapping.
Strategic mindset with ability to align product development with overarching business goals.
Leadership qualities to inspire and guide teams toward common goals and objectives.
Excellent communication (in English or Dutch) and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product roadmap to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Capable and motivated to create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
