In this role you will provide advanced technical support and training for Malvern Panalytical's XRF (and XRD) product portfolio to our users, subsidiaries, agents and channel partners.

What are your responsibilities?

• Provide advanced technical support to our end users of the XRF (and XRD) range of products.
• Provide sales support by visiting sales sites and customers, in Benelux and if needed occasionally traveling to surrounding regions.
• Prepare and give lectures, help to publish scientific papers and present seminars at an advanced level to our subsidiaries, sales team and the endusers.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• A relevant chemistry science degree and/or demonstrable practical experience in the field of XRF analysis.
• Experience in XRD or any other technology of Malvern Panalytical portfolio is advantageous.
• You will need excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, and the ability to present solutions to complex problems to a varied audience in a variety of media.
• You need to be fluent in Dutch, French and English
