The Process Manager Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for streamlining, optimizing and redesigning the various FP&A business processes, and getting them to function as a single coherent, consistent environment.

He or she will work collaboratively with experts in the broader FP&A organization and with relevant functional domains in the Global Finance Services organization to help improve business processes by focusing on the entire process from beginning to end.

The Process Manager FP&A will introduce innovation into the process, which will result in better performances, enhanced productivity and the realization of business objectives and goals.


Job

  • Measuring and analyzing the performance of the endtoend processes (budgeting, forecasting, all recurring and adhoc management reporting) to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate, analyze, and identify current manual processes for automation consideration
  • Contribute to the development of functional strategy for business process reengineering and transformational efforts
  • Scanning the market for appropriate solutions
  • Work with the inprogress finance transformation program to advise on the solution deployment, including tools, and create a roadmap for onward improvement
  • Anticipate internal business challenges and design and recommend business process improvement and/or system functionality enhancements
  • Lead and represent the business through projects from analysis, design, testing, training and implementation
  • Build collaborative business relationships with the Finance, Accounting, Information Technology (IT) organizations to achieve better crossfunctional partnerships to ensure business needs are met

Profile

  • Master's degree in finance, Economics, Engineeringwith 10 years of relevant experience
  • Thorough understanding of business strategy, needs, processes, and functions
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in the FP&A process streams and how these fit into the endtoend financial process environment
  • Experience of process standardization, simplification, optimization within a large, global organization
  • Strong working knowledge of change management and agile project management techniques
  • Able to manage large and complex projects and to ensure changes are embedded into businessasusual process
  • Excellent relationship building skills, able to build trust with stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Other languages are an asset
