With a stable office in Bruxelles since 2003, IBS Consulting is an italian consulting firm specialized in supporting manufacturing companies to access european funds to fund their research & innovation projects and become more sustainable in the long-term.

The company is based in Brescia (Italy) and has a wide range of clients working in different sectors (e.g. steel production, automotive components, energy efficiency, green hydrogen etc.)

Currently, we are looking for intern for 6 months with the following duties:

• Monitoring funding opportunities for research and innovation projects of IBS clients;
• Participation in events and Infodays on topics relevant to IBS companies and related reporting;
• Managing communication activities on funding opportunities and supporting the organization of company Missions;
• Support in writing European projects funded by the Interreg and Horizon Europe programs;

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Economics/Political Science awarded less than 12 months ago;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (at least C1 level);
• Excellent writing skills in Italian and English;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in writing documents and reports;
• Good interpersonal and empathic skills with clients and ability to work fruitfully in a team;

It's considered a plus:

• Curiosity for research and innovation projects in the area of business sustainability;
• Previous knowledge of the main European Programmes managed directly by the European Commission (e.g. Horizon Europe, Life, Interreg)
