ORGANIZATION:

YOUR ROLE:


  • You are the primary HR contact for business leaders in Belgium and the Netherlands for around 100 employees.
  • You offer daytoday guidance to leaders and teams in various departments.
  • You handle talent acquisition to welcome new team members.
  • You are responsible for preparing, overseeing, and transmitting payroll data to social secretary for Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • You work on several projects, including merger and acquisition and performance management.
  • You ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • You report directly to the HR Director, ensuring seamless organizational communication and coordination.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a proven track record as an HR Business Partner, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You have prior experience with mergers and acquisitions.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is a plus.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
  • Location: Mechelen, with sporadic travel to the Netherlands and partly remote
  • Duration: approx. 5 months
