To strengthen our IT team, based in Corbais, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of IT Finance Analyst.

About the role

As an IT Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and supporting modern and sustainable IT Solutions that bring added value and competitive advantage to the company.

You will work with other people sharing the same passion, providing internal customers with stateoftheart solutions and technologies. You will discover innovative technologies, learn how to work with a variety of internal customers worldwide and grow within a global team ready to face new challenges accompanied by expert team members.
Whether you work on Applications deployment, digital innovation, industry digitalization, cybersecurity or other, you have the opportunity to share your experience and knowledge and have an impact.
In the next 2 years, you will be deeply involved in a major program aiming to migrate our SAP ERP solution to the latest SAP S/4 Hana platform.

Your role and responsibilities:
You constantly leverage IT-solutions (SAP Finance & Controlling, Advanced reporting tools, etc) to address new business needs, optimize and support existing processes for our internal customers. You participate in projects and you are involved in the various project phases: solution analysis, solution set-up, testing, training, documentation and Go Live support. You support and enhance existing solutions. You work in close collaboration with Financial departments but also with other departments in the company and with other IT Teams. Solutions In your scope: General Accounting, Account payable and receivable, Asset accounting, Treasury, Customer collection, Financial reporting, Cost controlling, Product Costing, Profitability analysis

About you:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance, Business Management or relevant disciplines.
Max. 5 years of experience.
Experience in SAP Financial solutions : customizing, deployment, endusers support, SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.
Microsoft Office365 suite, experience with RPA tools and low code / no code platform like MS Power Apps / Power Automate is a plus.
Customerminded/oriented. Interested in Business needs and can map them in IT solutions.
Analytical and well organized. Pragmatic, businessminded approach.
Think through problems and visualize solutions / troubleshooting.
A selfstarter, work in autonomy while collaborating with all levels of seniority within the Group.
Balanced and mature team player (service oriented and capable of operating in an informal network of colleagues).
Good communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, listening, influencing, coaching).
Fluent in English. French and other language is a plus.
