We are looking for you as operational in our Zara store in Kortrijk. You will gain hands-on experience and be empowered to make a difference. As an OP-Warehouse Responsible, you play a crucial role in supporting the management team by keeping operations running smoothly.Responsibilities
- Stockroom and Operations Management: Anticipate needs and ensure stockroom organization aligns with trends and forecasts.
- Team Training and Development: Mentor and develop the stock team for optimal performance.
- Sales Floor Replenishment: Respond promptly to sales floor requests, ensuring products and sizes are available to meet customer needs.
