Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Agile Project Manager you will be responsible for building positive and productive working relationships with the client

Your role will involve:

Plan, track and manage the delivery of projects using appropriate agile project management methodologies, learning & iterating.
Support the clients' agile transformation with consulting, introduction, support, and optimization of agile procedures
Take an active role in the clients' projects as a Scrum Master
Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure product roadmaps are developed and translated into user stories.
Establish and lead a collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
Manage a multistakeholder and multidisciplinary team.
Establish mechanisms for monitor and tracking the quality of all products/services built.
Document, track and manage risks and dependencies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

Project management experience
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Project scheduling
Stakeholder management
Status report generation
Risk identification and management
Dependency management
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English and
Dutch or French (written & spoken)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

In addition to your technical skills, we would like you to have a strong business understanding and good communication skills.
