As an Industrial Scaffolder you will be responsible for erecting inspecting modifying and dismantling scaffolding systems to ensure safety and efficiency in various industrial settings.

• Safely erect modify and dismantle scaffolding structures based on project requirements
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding systems to comply with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the project team to determine scaffolding requirements and provide recommendations
• Ensure scaffolding is properly secured and stable before allowing workers to access it
• Perform daily prestart checks of scaffolding equipment and address any issues or defects immediately
• Monitor and assess the stability and integrity of scaffolding structures throughout the duration of the project
• Adhere to all relevant safety procedures work instructions and industry guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities including inspections modifications and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation and coordination

• Previous experience as an Industrial Scaffolder in a similar role
• Valid VCA / SCC
• Optional: DNV certification, or any other relevant certifications in scaffolding
• Strong working knowledge of scaffolding materials equipment and erection techniques
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards
• Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings blueprints and specifications
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights for extended periods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
