Created in 2020, Clone (ex NSD) is a Food Tech start-up founded by Clément Benoit (serial entrepreneur, ex-Stuart) and Alexandre Haggai.

Our solution?
A ready-to-use concept allowing restaurant owners to boost and diversify their income.

The "light franchise" system consists in offering them the opportunity to operate the Clone virtual brands in their restaurants by taking advantage of the unused space in their kitchens.

Clone virtual brands are easy to perform and thought of for delivery, they encompass all dimensions:
branding, recipes, logistics, relationship with delivery platforms, marketing and communication strategy that creates buzz.

Your mission is to support our partners in operational success upstream and during the implementation of Clone brands. You monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement throughout the launch and thereafter.

As part of the brand license, your mission is to accompany them during the brand implementation and follow-up to contribute to its success.

Your role is to be the guarantor of operational aspects.

To do so, you will need to:

Act as a consultant to ensure operational excellence.
Train teams on the ground to share the best of Clone knowhow and support partners in the success of their operations.
Travel to sites before, during and after launches (brands, products) and as part of control visits.
Know and be able to analyze the performance indicators of delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats).
Support KAM and work hand in hand with them to optimize our partners' operations.
Always be in a continuous learning process about new brands, products, and methods.
Report weekly to the Head of Operations.

The goal is to ensure operational excellence within our partner restaurants that meet the group's requirements. Your on-site time must be optimized to ensure a volume of openings forecasted by management.

Your Profile:

You thrive on human contact and are an excellent educator
You speak English, Dutch and/ or French.
Charismatic, you are a true leader that teams love to follow.
You have expertise in the food industries.
Your ability to adapt to new situations and your resourcefulness will enable you to quickly find solutions to onsite issues.
You master reporting tools and can analyze operational performance.
Your suitcase is always ready because you hate routine and love to travel.
