VITO is an independent Flemish research organization in cleantech and sustainable development. Our goal? To accelerate the transition to a sustainable world.

We do this by conducting innovating applied research into the fields of renewable energy, circular materials, bio-based chemistry, personalized health and monitoring of our living environment.

Some of your tasks:

Support and implement the intrapreneurship program at VITO
Support VITO employees in developing their promising new ideas
Provide mentorship and training to intrapreneurs
Track the progress of intrapreneurial projects and measure their success
Organize events and workshops to promote intrapreneurship and innovation at VITO
Connect intrapreneurs with mentors, investors, and partners through VITO4STARTERS
Maintain relationships with external stakeholders in the startup ecosystem
Position yourself as the first pointofcontact for startups interested in VITO4STARTERS
Stay uptodate on the latest trends in entrepreneurship and innovation
A Master's degree in entrepreneurship, innovation management, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problemsolving skills and a creative mindset
