Your tasks:

Configuration of software parameters and master data to meet business requirements
Test Applications and new software versions, "Go live" support after introduction of new solutions
Assessing issues, analysing error trends and developing functionality changes to improve the way of working
Convey technical information in a way that nontechnical colleagues can understand
Supporting the processing of service requests
Escalating unresolved incidents to service providers

Profile:

You have a solid background in IT Infrastructure and Application Management
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch and English
You have an analytical mind and are very detailoriented
You are committed to quality
You can thrive in complex environments
A Innovative spirit is vital
You are customer and service oriented
You are able to collaborate by building partnerships and work together with colleagues to meet shared objectives
Notions of IT development and/or Data Management is an asset
