Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize Solidworks or other software to create 3D models and assemblies
• Coordinate with the drawing team to ensure proper dimensioning
• Perform and manage design calculations
• Engage with suppliers to optimize component design for manufacturing
• Provide technical expertise during design reviews
• Take proactive initiatives alongside the project leader
• Participate in the prototype phase through mechanical assembly
• Ensure technical coordination among various engineering disciplines
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in CAD software and simulation tools

Profile / Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering
• Interest in CAD modeling (Solidworks), engineering drawings, and green mobility
• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB, PYTHON) for mechanical and thermal calculations
• Good knowledge of transmission elements (engines, shafts, gears, bearings)
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and electrical systems
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing methods and 'Design for Manufacturing' methodologies
• Ability to interpret clear and complete drawings
• Bilingual in French and English
• Analytical thinker & problem solver
• Initiative-driven and creative with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication and presentation skills
