Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, hybrid Customer Service Officer role based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility to work from home for certain tasks.
The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
The officer will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer experience.
QualificationsInterpersonal skills with a focus on communication and building rapport with customers
Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and resolving customer inquiries
Proficient in Customer Service and delivering excellent Customer Experience
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills is an advantage
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
