- Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles across Europe
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and best practices
- Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and shared service centers to identify top talent
- Drive process improvements, including offer management and onboarding initiatives
- Ensure excellent stakeholder management through clear and proactive communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end‐to‐end recruitment and global stakeholder management
- Experience in RPO is a strong advantage
- Highly organized, ambitious, empathetic, and service‐oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
- Fluent in French and English
- Willing to work 2 days per week on‐site in Braine‐L'Alleud (with remote flexibility).
