Mainly remote, travel to client site every 3rd week for 3 days

Functional Lead Consultant and Solution Architect for Field Service & RD & Customer Support Team / POD. Core skills in CS and PP, and secondarily SD, MM.

Personal focus on E2E Installed base field service management, refurbishment, and also spare parts sales and logistics, and in coordinating work in R&D (project management) & Customer Support (Warranty, Training etc.).

Key focus is on shaping the roadmap to move from ECC CS to S/4HANA Service. Own the overall solution concept, blueprint and roadmap within specific functional area. Work closely with client product owner(s) to articulate business problems and related value potential, and translate them into an appropriate solution design
