Because of this growth, Keytrade is looking for an experienced teamleader for Regulatory Operational files, managing a small team and reporting to the head of Operations.

Responsibilities:

The Team Lead Legal Ops will supervise, control and improve the administrative processes of legal nature : successions, bankruptcy, juridical enquiries, seizures, and temporary administration.

Within the Operations department, you will

Lead the existing small team in charge of the day to day follow up of the management of the files and requests concerned
Organize the service while identifying and implementing process improvements in order to achieve operational excellence. This will include review of procedures, forms and FAQs.
Represent the team in internal stakeholder meetings (with legal department and product owners)
Guarantee the effective management of inquiries, seizures and succession files, including contacts with public authorities, notaries and heirs

Qualifications:

You have at least 5 years of legal and process/operational experience. A law degree and management experience will be an asset
You have good organization, time management and scheduling skills
You understand legal and regulatory requirements and processes
You are handson and propose & elaborate improvements
You are responsible, motivated and autonomous
You are comfortable in speaking and writing in Dutch, French and English
You have good communication and interpersonal skills
