In Belgium and Luxembourg, we are the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus. Last year we've launched our new fully electric brand
BYD. And last but not least we've also launched
BravoAuto, our new used car center in Machelen. Our Belgian head office is located in
Zaventem.

For our Retail site Toyota City/Lexus Zaventem, we are looking for a
Product Expert.
The Product Expert position is responsible for key stages of the customer journey at the site.

Reporting to the Frontline Supervisor, the Product Expert works closely with the Personal Advisor and Service Expert roles and other support functions at the site.

As part of the frontline team, the Product Expert has a significant impact on quality of product advice, customer experience and therefore satisfaction of prospects and customers.

_The main tasks of the Product Expert are:_

Expert advice for interested parties on Toyota and Lexus vehicles, accessories and productrelated services
Generating enthusiasm for the Toyota and Lexus brands among prospects and customers
Supporting the Personal Advisor in the sales process, especially during product presentations, test drives and vehicle delivery. Taking responsibility in the frontline team for building and sharing product knowledge.

Essential Responsibilities

Create personalised customer experiences that generate enthusiasm and desire for Toyota and Lexus's products among prospects and customers
Carry out vehicle presentations, explain vehicle functions and explain customer benefits on behalf of the Personal Advisor
Demonstration and presentation of product features and accessories, in particular accompanied test drives on behalf of the Personal Advisor
Handover of vehicles as a special customer experience (in cooperation with Personal Advisor)
Assume the role of a neutral advisor in front of the client and pass on relevant information to the Personal Advisor
Support the frontline team with adhoc requests concerning products
Support the management with productrelated issues.

Detailed activities

_Related to sales_

Presentation of products and related services
Accompanied test drives
Handover of vehicles
Preparatory and followup tasks in the sales process (e.g. contacting customers, system entries, documentation, fleet management)
Showroom design and maintenance
Support in welcoming and advising showroom customers
Research and preparation of product information
Support with internal and external customer events

_Related to service_

Support of the service in productrelated issues
Coordination with parts service for accessories orders
Support in administrating orders and workshop schedules, e.g. for vehicle delivery

_Requiered competences:
_

Interest in automotive
Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
Willing to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
Enthusiasm for Toyota and Lexus products and technologies
Ability to understand and explain technologies and products in a comprehensible way
Interest and pleasure in working with people
High ability to work in a team and service mindset in internal relations
Very good communication and presentation skills
Willingness and ability to continuously familiarize oneself also with complex issues
Ability to adapt to different personalities and levels of knowledge
High process orientation and conscientiousness in daily work.
