For our client in the insurance industry, we are looking for a Commercial Advisor to advise clients and suggest the best insurance solution.


Description

  • Your empathy and commercial attitude ensure that you identify the customer's needs during the advisory meeting and that you propose appropriate (insurance) solutions
  • You proactively look for commercial opportunities
  • You ensure that quotations and policies are drawn up correctly and can explain the guarantees, premiums and benefits to the customer in understandable language.
  • You work closely together with your colleagues on a growing customer portfolio through quality service within the office where optimal customer satisfaction is central
  • You will supervise conversations with clients and ensure the telephone followup of quotes
  • You will contact customers with a potential for new policies or additional guarantees

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Finance and Insurance, Legal Practice) or equivalent experience in Insurance
  • You speak Dutch very well and have a basic knowledge of French
  • You can work autonomously but are also a team player
  • You have good people and relationship skills
  • You are flexible
  • You are looking for a challenging function in which variation does not scare you off
