International Claims Executive - Belgium

We are looking for a caring, professional individual who is based in Brussels to become part of our Claims team at William Russell.

The role - Our International Claims Executives are key to providing an expert, high quality, personal, yet always professional claims service to our customers at times when they need a helpful, supportive voice on the end of a phone.

The department is responsible for managing customers medical claims, proactively contacting members, responding to enquires, loading and processing claims and payments, providing assistance, pre-authorisation and communicating coverage.

You will provide reassurance, empathy and care in all interactions.

Maintaining professionalism, whilst ensuring that plan terms and conditions are adhered to and all communication is timely and jargon free.

About you - You will have all round excellent customer services skills, with the ability to communicate effectively French or Dutch and in English over the phone and via e-meetings. You will work well under pressure and provide reassurance and empathy in all interactions.


Your experience - You will have experience working as a Claims Assessor or in a Customer Service role within one or more health insurance organisations.


Your Qualifications - You have the necessary qualifications and experience as a PCP (Person in Contact with the Public).

Working hours are from Monday to Friday with shifts between 6am and 6pm.

All applicants must reside in and be eligible to work in Belgium without sponsorship.

Pay:
€25.000,00 - €34.000,00 per year
