Customer Advisor - Banking Services

Identifying problems, offering solutions
Becoming a trusted advisor on different banking products
Keeping the system up to date

Who are you

Fluent Dutch and English speaker
Good communication and listening skills
Customerfocused and "always going above and beyond" approach
Knowledge of French or German is a distant advantage
FSMA certification is a distant advantage

What's on offer

Starting salary of 2400 euro per month
If you have FSMA certificate salary of 2600 per month
13th salary
1 month of training (Office based)
Hybrid working model (you can work 12 days from home/remote weekly if you want)
Reimbursement of 75% of transport costs
Friendly and helpful team that will support your growth and learning
