As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the risks and issues related to the delivery.
Clarify highlevel scope and the technical synergies between the different subprojects.
Promote project management activities through positive and constructive networks.
Deploy and develop an active and consistent communication with different stakeholders.
Conflict management (tech and nontech).
Install a process of project review to make sure the continuous qualitative delivery is assured from the lessons learned.
Self investment and participation to the creation of a learning school of the applied knowledge and tools used in the processes within different domains.

Wat zoeken wij?
**Have you got what it takes ?: - Master Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
- +10 years experience in Program/Project Management in the IT Sector

Strong track record in Change & Transformation
Certified PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent
Holder of a Lean Six Sigma black Belt
Fluent in Dutch & French AND English
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
