Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets new revenue streams
Identify and prioritize target customers, market segments, and geographies based on market research and data analysis
Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop customer personas, messaging, and product positioning that resonate with the target market
Monitor and analyze key metrics, including conversion rates, engagement, retention, and lifetime value, to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize performance
Build and manage a highperforming growth team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
Establish and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and thought leaders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
Experience building and managing a highperforming growth team
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
