Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Coordinates annual C&B processes like salary reviews and promotions cycles and monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are costeffective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives
  • Trains/guides HR colleagues and line managers in the usage of different Compensation policies
  • Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations,job evaluations and manage compensation and benefit projects
  • Participate in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc) while coaching less experienced team members in the team

What we expect of you

  • Degree level education & extensive professional experience in a similar role within the compensation and benefits function
  • Solid knowledge of Compensation and Benefits programs, trends and practices preferably across multiple countries in Europe
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement analytical solutions in large, complex organizations and experience working with market salary surveys and compensation benchmarking systems
  • Good understanding of benchmarking and measuring impact when crafting compensation and benefits programs in multiple countries
  • Outstanding analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret datasets
  • Highly analytical and numerical, comfortable in working with large sets of data & Detail oriented with the ability to summarise data
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel with an Expert level
  • Excellent consultative skills, understanding business needs and translating those needs to technical requirements
  • Experience working with market salary surveys and compensation benchmarking systems
  • Fluency in English (German, Dutch or French is a pre)
