For our Service Team for Wide Format Printers in Belgium we are looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator, who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction for our wide-format inkjet printers by managing spare parts.

The Spare Parts Coordinator will be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding spare parts.

Job

Providing technical assistance worldwide in case of spare parts escalations in the countries
Managing the complete technical documentation and spare parts inventory. This both for new systems and maintaining and updating existing systems
Working with OEM partners and internal departments (R&D, Application
Spare part supply chain and engine supply chain) to become system experts and manage the product range
Performing problem analysis techniques and developing and assembling upgrade packages in specific cases. Documenting these upgrade packages for future needs
Centralizing info on servicerelated costs and common problems, recording them further and reporting to stakeholders involved
Monthly reporting to internal and external meetings and reporting on issues related to your products and services
Optimizing costs and working out product improvements

Profile

Master Industrial Engineering or Bachelor in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electronicsor equivalent through experience
Interested in troubleshooting and system diagnostics
Knowledge of and/or interest in the inkjet world is a plus
Able to provide knowledge transfer to teams, and grow into a strong international key expert
Good knowledge of Office software packages and illustrator & Photoshop
Accurate mindset
Problem solving, analytical and gogetter mentality
Strong customer focus, stress resistant
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Dutch and English, any other language is a plus
Willing to travel (international)
