A new challenge?

Become our Quality Manager at Beauflor (Cushion Vinyl) and translate quality strategies into concrete projects to achieve continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities & key tasks

To ensure and optimize quality control you will determine the policy of the complete quality process and assure compliance with ISO standards (9001)
You define, update & approve procedures, processes and quality standards and perform the final review of all validation protocols
You will coordinate & organize various activities within the quality department according to the priorities and competences of each and the need of the client
You coach the quality team in order to help them realize their objectives and guide them in their professional development
You are responsible for the contacts with corporate customers and suppliers regarding quality and you will handle all significant product claims

Competencies & skills

You have a master's degree and at least 5 years experience

A chemical background and/or experience in the flooring business is considered a big plus

You are a multitasker and you're able to manage several projects
You are a pragmatic individual with a great problem solving mentality
You have an analytical mindset combined with strong commercial skills
You have a good knowledge of production processes and procedures, quality systems and statistical methodology
You are creative in influencing, empowering and motivating your team members to bring out the best in them

Languages
You're fluent in English, French and Dutch.
