About the job: As Brand Manager, you will be a true ambassador for your brands both internally and externally You will contribute to the creation and implementation of the brand strategy and the execution of marketing plans to drive the growth and positioning of your brands.

In your role:

  • You support the Brand Lead in developing
    the brand strategy
:


  • You
    implement the brand plan and think about the right marketing tools, you define the communication lines and lead various activation, communication and innovation projects.
  • Together with your
    media agency and the creative agencies you go for the perfect execution of the marketing plan.
  • You work closely with various crossfunctional teams (sales, insights team, customer development,...)
  • You analyze the business KPIs and implement corrective actions to the plan where necessary. You manage the business performance of your brands in the various categories.
  • You closely monitor your marketing budget and finances.
  • You have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a commercial
    FMCG environment and brand context

  • You have a passion for brands, a positive attitude and a real "can do" mentality.
  • You are creative, but also have the necessary analytical skills to put ideas into practice.
  • Your excellent communication skills ensure that you get both internal and external stakeholders on the same wavelength.
  • You have a good knowledge of
    Dutch, French and English.
