We are committed to providing our guests with exceptional culinary experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Monitor food stock levels and assist in controlling food costs and wastage.
Ensure all dishes are presented in accordance with hotel standards before service.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation, complying with HACCP standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
Ideal Candidate
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality / Culinary Arts or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
A good team player with strong supervisory and communication skills.
