YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

Create the intended customer experience: connect with our customers when they enter our store, guide them in their purchase, take care of all their needs, make them feel Bon

- Manage the team: develop the competences of your team-mates, maintain the producitivity of the team, training of new employees and students, assist the manager in the daily operations.

- Preparation of the products: preparation of sandwiches, salads, ingredients, cutting of cheeses and charcuterie

Manage the store:assist in reaching the store's objectives (turnover, productivity, hyghiene), keep the store clean and respect all HACCP measures, pass the orders to our suppliers, stock management, manage the cash-register.
