The job

Reporting to the Director of Treasury and Payment, the Payment Manager pilots part of the activities and strategy related to Payment at the Group level at the level of its portfolio of payment partners.
The Payment Manager carries out his/her tasks within the framework of the Finance and Product Management department in close collaboration with the VP Tech teams.

This position is based at our headquarters in La Plaine Saint-Denis or Brussels (Belgium) or Amsterdam (Netherlands) but the Payment Manager operates on a Group perimeter.

The mission
***- Manage part of the operations related to payment, in collaboration with customer support, financial teams, VP Tech teams in charge of the deployment and maintenance of payment solutions and payment partners part of Veepee's portfolio.

Manage and coordinate the integration work with our various payment partners on the cash management and electronic payment aspects (banks, acquirers, acceptors / Gateway, card networks).
Participate in the negotiation of prices and transaction volumes with PSPs and acquirers, under the supervision of the Group Treasury and Payment Director.
Establish, in conjunction with the Marketing Department, the Anti-Fraud Department and the Payment Product Owner, comparative studies of the various payment providers and solutions.
Manage new projects for the integration of payment methods or payment solutions in conjunction with the Product Owner Payment and the VP Tech teams.
Maintain and coordinate relationships and actions with other Business Product Owners on payment related topics.
Drive and monitor payment performance by being a driving force in optimizing it and setting up a payment activity and KPIs monitoring tool.
Ensure that the entire organization complies with PCI-DSS compliance regulations
Ensure payment regulatory monitoring across the entire scope.

This job is for you if:

You have a higher education (Bac+5) specialized in Finance

- . You have at least 3 years of similar experience in the field of Payment, ideally acquired within a digital Retail ecosystem or with a PSP (Payment Service Provider)
- . Fluent English level in order to be able to evolve within a multicultural and international team.
